The activity feed provides detailed information on various actions taken by team members or users within the store system. It tracks activities such as discounts applied, payments unapplied, free time given to accounts, and more.
Quoting System & Retail
The quoting system allows team members to search vendor feeds to see what products are available for customers. They can add inventory items to a quote, automatically assigning the proper pricing based on the margins established by administrators for each company. Quotes can be saved, modified, printed for the customer, and eventually turned into a rental agreement or retail sale with a simple click of a button.
Inventory Management & Purchase Orders
Revo’s inventory management lets users create and approve purchase orders, track inventory throughout its lifecycle, and automatically calculate daily depreciation. The “Need to Scan” feature generates a real-time list of items needing review, allowing team members to barcode-scan the store’s inventory and produce reports on exceptions like misplaced or missing items.
Customer Management, Applications, and Work Orders
Revo offers comprehensive customer management with an integrated leads program and CRM. It stores all customer details—addresses, references, work info—in one easy-to-navigate section. A customizable customer view consolidates key data on a single screen, managing payments, delinquencies, and commitments. Plus, Revo can import customer data from applications or online forms, reducing manual entry and errors.
Reporting
Revo includes a preset catalog of reports prepared for end users. Additionally, any customer, agreement, or inventory grid can be exported and analyzed using tools like pivot tables or data analytics software.
Agreement Management
The lifeblood of any rent-to-own store is the pool of rental agreements. Agreement management is made easy by Revo. The agreement grids are customizable, providing various data points that can be tailored by the company or individual end users. The system simplifies the identification of delinquent customers, customers close to payout, or customers renting one type of inventory but not another. Users can manage a single agreement or an assembly of agreements under one customer.
Payment Processing
Revo includes an integrated, encrypted, point-to-point credit card processing solution. Additionally, it offers an open gateway for payment processing, allowing you to choose your preferred credit card processor. This flexibility enables you to negotiate for the best processing rates for your company.
Leads Integration
Revo’s leads module can connect to external data sources, instantly importing leads from website forms, Facebook pages, contest entry portals, and more. The Revo team can collaborate with your marketing agency or website developers to connect these lead sources to the Revo API. Leads can also be entered by corporate sales teams or store-level end users.
VoIP Call Logging & Phone Integration
When a store is connected to Centric VoIP for telephone functionality, calls are automatically imported into Revo and attached to the matching customer records. All inbound and outbound calls are recorded and can be reviewed directly within the Revo user interface.
